Mr. Cordes is a member of the New Orleans Estate Planning Council. He has lectured on tax and estate planning matters to various bar associations, the Louisiana Society of CPAs, and various other professional and civic groups.
Mr. Lala has successfully defended clients against the IRS, LA Department of Revenue and local governments at the audit and administrative appeals levels and before the U.S. Tax Court, the State Board of Tax Appeals and multiple district and appellate courts.
